Foodscapes Wild Food Journey with Pascal and Mia
We are excited to announce that we will be hosting Pascal Baudard and Mia Wasilevich for a day of wild food, seed-to-table adventures. Together with Dr Bowler, Pascal will guide us on an exploration in the badlands of the University of California Irvine Arboretum in search of wild edibles. Next we head to campus to cook our bounty with Eco-chefs Mia and Roger. We wrap up our day with Cafe Encuentro, a dining session with unniversity and community members engaged in dialog about food waste hosted by Victor Becerra. So please join us!
