Private Cooking Class
Create a custom menu with Chef Roger Feely or choose from one of the existing Soul Cocina Menus. You will learn basic knife skills and meal preparations as you become familiarized with traditional Guatemalan cooking techniques. Weather you choose one of the Soul Cocina global local menus or a traditional Guatemalan menu, the chef will customize the class to fit your desires.
Price: $125 per person
Includes private two hour cooking class followed by a private multi-course meal at the Chef's home in San Juan del Obisbo overlooking Antigua.

Market Tour and Hands On Cooking Party
Accompany chef Roger Feely on a journey to his favorite stalls at the market. Together with the chef you will source local ingredients for a custom feast at an intimate venue in the Antigua area. The ingredients will be sourced from the local market f Santa Maria de Jesus or from the Antigu Central Municipal Market. Discover new ingredients and meet new vendors with the chef. On this tour you will learn about the rich culinary traditions of the region.
Market tours are available for the Kakchikel village of Santa Maria de Jesus on the slopes of Agua Volcano and for the bustling Central Market of Antigua. Cooking takes place in an intimate venue just 10-15 minutes from both Santa Maria and Antigua.
Tour begins in San Juan del Obisbo at 11:30 am on market days. Lunch prepared by the Chef made with ingredients grown on site

Includes lunch and tour of the SERES ecology center, market tour, cooking party, private multi-course dinner on the bamboo veranda of the the SERES center in San Juan del Obisbo overlooking Antigua, transportation to and from the market to the SERES center

Youth Cooking Class - Jóvenes Visionarios
We host bi-weekly cooking workshops for local youth.
What started as an action plan by local SERES youth leaders in San Juan del Obisbo as a way to promote healthy eating and sustainable lifestyles in their community has morphed into an afternoon learning journey in the Soul Cocina and SERES Ecology Center. Led by SERES leaders and Chef Roger, this local activity has become popular with young cooks from age 12 - 16
